Happy 2008!

This is just a quick post to say....

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Thank you to all of you who have stuck with this blog, no matter how infrequently I've posted. Boba and Daddy and I had a wonderful Christmas, and hopefully I'll have some new fabulous photos to post in the new year. She's doing just great, growing like a weed and showing off a little more of her sassy little attitude every day (for better or worse)! Let's hope I can be a little more diligent in the coming year about posting more frequently, hmmm??

Have a good one!

A short one

This one's for Daddy...because in his heart of hearts he'd love to update this blog everyday but he knows that between the two of us, I'm the funny one - so it's better that Flambo keeps this thing up. (hee hee)

Here's a typical morning at the Flamboba household....Boba waits for Mommy to make her breakfast so she entertains herself with [washable] markers:

And if you're thinking, "That's not how one should use markers," you should give yourself a swift smack on the head.

Here she is with a nice "ouchie", a recent injury in a looong line of injuries obtained while running full-speed ahead while looking in the other direction (a specialty of hers):

And here she is demonstrating her latest skill:

In addition to being a doctor, an opera singer, a novelist, a concert pianist, and a rocket scientist, it has been decided that she will also be a photographer. (I swear, that kid's gifted!)

The cradle went home

My little genius with her most recent reading selection

Dear blog readers,

I suck at updating. I'm sorry.

Love,

Flambo

Now that we've gotten THAT out of the way....!!

Boba loves to sing. Have I mentioned that?? She will sing at the top of her lungs, unprompted, no matter what she's doing. She could be eating cereal and she'll break into a rendition of The Wonder Pets' "What's Gonna Work?? TEEEEAAMM WORK!!!" She could be running around the house, and suddenly yell, "Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer!! Had a blrhrlbm [unintelligible] NOSE!!" Or - my favorite - she can suddenly channel a beat poet and do an interpretation of "Row Row Row Your Boat":

Row
Row
ROW
Yourboat
Gent-wee
down the
STREEEEEAM.
Mewy
Mewy
MEWY
Mewy
Life is
bhrlbhmrl
DWEEEEAAAAM.

(The emphases and breaks expressed above are all hers, I SWEAR.)

I think, however, the current winner is her version of "Rockabye Baby," where she is pretty faithful to the original lyrics, except for one line where she makes up her own words. I cannot stop laughing when she sings it. It goes like this:

Rockabye Baby
On the tree top
When the wind blows
The cradle will rock
When the bough breaks
The CRADLE WENT HOME.
And down will come baby
Cradle and all!!

Hell, if the bough I was hanging on suddenly broke, I'd go home too. Just sayin'.

She gets her love for singing from her dad. And a little bit from me, too (I guess)

Conversations with Boba

So yeah, it's been a couple of weeks. Sorry. Been playing a bit of catch-up at work after our unexpected two-day break for the fires. I had two simultaneous deadlines today that I've been working on the last two weeks, and of course I had completely forgotten that I had last Monday off...so I planned as though I had a full 5 days this week. Needless to say, not having that day hurt.

But back to business! Or Boba business, at least. Let's see....last we left off it was post-Halloween. Well, she's just getting bigger and bigger each day...and remember when I used to talk about how she babbled? Oh my goodness! She doesn't babble anymore; she actually talks! And she makes sense! Most of the time! It's totally cute, and it's clear she's really trying to make conversation with me, even though she may repeat the same thing over and over again. For example:

Boba: Mommy, what are you doing?

Me: I'm making dinner for you.

Boba: Din-ner?

Me: Yes.

Boba: Ohhh! (takes a moment) Daddy's at work!

Me (unsure how she made the mental transition): Um, yes, Daddy's at work.

Boba: Um, Daddy come home [unintelligible] have din-ner?

Me: No, honey, he has a show tonight. He won't have dinner with us.

Boba: No! Daddy come home! (repeats this about 5x)

Me (somewhat exasperated): Okay, okay, Daddy's coming home.

Boba: Um, and then go swimming, and then go Papa and Doe's!

Me (eyeing the clock): Uh, actually sweetie, we're not going to go swimming or to Papa and Doe's, it's late. We're going to take a bath and read books instead.

Boba: Read books?

Me: Yes.

Boba: OKAYYYY!!! Read books now!!

Me: No, not right now sweetie.

Boba: Why not??

Me (dumbfounded she actually knows this question): Ummm... because I'm making your dinner!!

Boba: Din-ner?

Me (taking a deep breath): Um. YES.

Boba: Okay. (beat) Daddy HOME!!!

Yep, she's a keeper.

Halloween = Pure Joy!!

But that doesn't mean I'm going to handmake Boba's costume next year. I'll still buy it. I'll just buy it in June.

Just kidding.

But - ohmigoodness - WHO KNEW trick-or-treating with your child would be so much fun??? I got such a kick out of her yelling "Trick or Treat!" every time we approached a house, and then watching our neighbors oooh and aahhh over how friggin' cute she was in her Tinkerbell/butterfly/fairy outfit. Then, every time she got candy, she'd yell jubilantly, "I GOT IT!" And then: "Other door? Other door trick-or treat?? OH-KAYYYY???"(That is her way of expressing affirmation for everything. "OH-KAYYYY???")

And then she had one too many lollipops that she paid for with what I call a candy-hangover this morning. I won't go into details.

But it was worth it! Lolo Bob followed her around with the camera (and me), and so I have some fun shots. But I'll start with pictures of a couple of nights ago, when Daddy carved a pumpkin - with Boba's help, of course.

Boba's first pumpkin-carving adventure!

Scraping off the seeds

Surveying the damage

"Hmmm....so we're gonna EAT these later??"

The final product! It was Boba's design, of course.

Getting ready to trick-or-treat...although she clearly has found a treat already!

Venturing out with Mommy

Charming our neighbors

Yum yum! We're definitely doing this again next year!

Happy Halloween!!

So here we are, a week after I last posted about the fires. Only today the Harris Fire, which was the closest to our house, was declared fully contained. The Witch Fire, as of this morning, only had 1% to go, but the Poomacha Fire is still only at 70%. Which is an improvement over last week, of course, but when you consider that so many people are still evacuated, and our firefighters are still working their tails off...well, it's just all been so overwhelming.

But of course, life goes on for the little ones, and today is certainly no exception in San Diego. Halloween is a big deal in my parents' neighborhood, so for the past few years we've celebrated down there, handing out candy to what feels like hundreds of kids. For hours on end. It's quite the evening, and of course you can't help but get the giggles over how darned cute some of these munchkins are. (We also roll our eyes at some of the older kids - as in, TEENAGERS - who are trying to score free candy with some pretty lame outfits. Come on already!)

This year, Boba will be Tinkerbell. Or a butterfly/fairy hybrid of some sort. I'm not quite sure. I know, I know...I'm PATHETIC as a mother; I should have had her costume planned months ago, and had my house decorated with bats and skeletons and the like. Well, SUE ME. I'm just slightly skeptical over the whole commercialized nonsense Halloween has become, so there is a part of me that is reluctant to buy into it. On the other hand, Boba may convince me this year that Halloween is nothing but pure JOY, so maybe next year I'll have built her costume by hand by August.

I don't have any Halloween photos yet, so here's a recent one of her being her sweet Bobalicious self:

Wednesday Fire Update

Things are looking much better for our neighborhood, but the fires are still not fully contained and are blazing in other parts of the county. It's a slight sigh of relief for us...Jason and I have returned to work, my parents' house is no longer in voluntary evacuation mode, and for this part of San Diego, at least, we're in good shape.

I've spoken to my co-workers, and it seems no one here at the Globe has suffered any major loss due to the fires. Several people were evacuated but were able to return home either last night or this morning. Of course, I can't speak for the larger community that makes up the Old Globe...our patrons, our volunteers, and donors....there are hundreds more who may or may not be affected by what's happened.

So I can't really say I'm "glad", because I'm not really glad - there's just been too much loss and suffering in this city and it affects everyone. But, at least where LIFE is concerned, we are all alive and we have each other.

Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

Update

So - we're still okay. I'm reluctant to say we're out of the woods - you never know with the winds and the less-than-ideal weather conditions (hot and very, very dry). But it seems that, at least for the day, our little neighborhood managed to duck its head out of the way of danger.

I think Jason and I are returning to work tomorrow, assuming the situation improves overnight. Again, I'm only cautiously optimistic, but from all reports it seems that things are getting more and more under control rather than the opposite.

Thank you for your messages of concern and invitations to come stay. We appeciate all our friends and family so much, and we're grateful to have such a solid network of support around us.

I'll return to more Boba news in the near future.

San Diego Fires

Well, this is not a post I really want to write, but Jason suggested I write it so that people know what's going on with us in our neck of the woods.

As many of you may know, San Diego is going through a couple of very, very serious fires right now, since Sunday afternoon actually. Much of San Diego has experienced some kind of damage and/or property loss - I'm sure if you looked it up on CNN or any news site, you could read about it. I don't really have the patience right now to post a link...anyway, our neighborhood is smack dab between both fires. As of today (Tuesday) morning, we haven't been asked to evacuate or anything, but that doesn't mean that we haven't started packing. And worrying.

My folks live south of us, and they are also within miles of the evacuation areas, so they are also waiting to see what will happen. It's a pretty scary situation, for sure...but I'm grateful that, for now, we're safe. Boba's doing great. We have time to figure things out, which is a lot more than some people have had. So in a way, I think we're lucky.

The authorities are asking all San Diego residents to limit the use of their cell phones, so if you need to reach us, email or call our land line. So far we have power, and therefore, we have the internet. As long as we have power, we'll be checking our email regularly.

Please keep us and the rest of San Diego in your thoughts and prayers. We'll be needing them today.

The Sleep-Wake Up Game

Boba likes to play this game with Daddy and me - and there's no predicting when she wants to play it; she'll just sort of yell it out whenever she wants. One would think that she'd play it when we're still lying in bed, or when we're about to go to bed, but sometimes she'll play it at the most inopportune times, like when I'm driving, or when Daddy's brushing his teeth. It goes like this:

Boba: MOMMY! DADDY!

Either one of us: Yes, baby?

Boba: Sleep!

Me or J: What?

Boba: SLEEP!

Me or J: Um, okay. (We close our eyes and lean back. Peeking out for a moment we see that she is doing the same.)

(After 3 seconds) Boba: WAKE UP!

Us: (opening our eyes with a start) WHOA!

Boba: BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Repeat 5 or 6 times.

Okay, so now imagine this game while you're driving. Or while you're tending to a hot stove. Yeah, Boba doesn't get when this game isn't exactly appropriate. But boy, does she love it. It's been around for maybe 3 months now. I think it will be a keeper for a while. Maybe she'll use it when she's 17 and trying to smuggle beer into the house. That should be fun.

That Pesky Sleep Thing

Over the last few months, Boba's sleep patterns have pretty decent. She'll go down between 8:30-9pm, wake up between 5:30-6am, join us in bed, and sleep until 7:30-8am. I really don't mind the early wake-up because one of my favorite things is starting the day with a good snuggle. But starting last Sunday night, she started waking up again at 11pm, 2am, 5am...and once again Daddy and I had to take turns going to her room and comforting her, sometimes taking her out of her crib and sleeping with her in her room. The main reason we don't like to do that very often is that she is not easy to sleep with for long periods of time, because she likes to thrash about in her sleep, as referenced here. As in: Sleep With Boba = NO SLEEP AT ALL. Or crappy sleep, at most. So what did I do two nights ago?? Well, I figured, "Hey, she's talking now. It's some strange toddler-language that is only occasionally coherent, but she's communicating!" So I decided to lay down the law with her.

I said, "Boba, Mommy and Daddy are not going to come rescue you tonight. If you wake up, just go back to sleep. We won't get you until there is LIGHT OUTSIDE. Okay??"

She looked at me with some measure of understanding, because then she said, "No."

I repeated myself. "We will not be taking you out of the crib until it is LIGHT OUT."

She looked at me searchingly, as if to say, Is this lady being serious? She half-smiled, shook her head, and again said, "No."

I gave her a look to drive my point home, the kind of look that says, Don't you even TRY to test me, young lady. And then I said, "Daddy and I will see you in the morning."

And then she said, "Juice?", as though she pretended not to hear the authoritative tone in my voice, as though her mind was already on the next thing, thank you very much, juice is SO much more important than that pesky sleep thing you keep talking about.

Well, something must have registered, because the two nights I did this, she slept through the night until 6am, when the barest of morning sunshine was peeking through her window. That was when I was awakened to her little voice asking, "Mommy? Mommy? MOMMY??"

The subtext in that wake-up call, I believe, was, See, Mommy?? I didn't wake you up until now! The sun is out! I am a good little girl! Now hurry up and reward me with the comfort of your KING-SIZED DOWN COMFORTER, PLEASE.

And so I did. And we slept blissfully in snuggle-position for another 2 hours. Aaahhh, sleep.

Of course, now that I've told this story, I know I've just jinxed it. (Dumb, dumb, DUMB Flambo!!)

Like Daddy, Like Boba

I know they don't really look alike, but they definitely have their similarities. ONE! They are both very dramatic. And emotional. Must be something he passed to her genetically, because God knows I'M nothing like that. (cue laugh track here)

TWO! Their hair texture, though different shades, is the same. Soft, wavy, and full. And fabulous! (I'm sure Jason doesn't appreciate my calling his hair "fabulous", but it really is.)

THREE! I've mentioned this before....they have the same legs! I swear! Long and lovely. (Again - sorry, Jason, for calling your legs "lovely", but gosh darn it, they are!) They have the most wonderful natural turn-out - perfect for ballet. It simply makes me mad with jealousy!! There are not enough exclamation points in the world to emphasize that!!

Here's my evidence:

And then, there's the obvious - they're both very tall. Well, Boba is for her age, anyway. Kinda goes with the legs-thing, I suppose, but I think it's got something to do with the long, lean body type as well. (Yet another trait I am jealous of.)

In conclusion: She is a beauty. And a drama queen. We're in big trouble.

Demon Boba

Boba has learned how to do a special kind of scream. And when I say "special", I mean in a "scrapes-the-insides-of-your-ears" kind of way. You know, a scream that has a melange of different tones, tones that have no business mixing together in this lifetime or the next, much less within the single breath of a two-year-old child. Oh, and when I say "breath", I really mean "trumpet-like blast".

The first time Jason heard this, around 2am last Monday night, he said, "She sounds like some kind of demon."

I replied, "Welcome to the last 13 weeks of my life."

Good thing she's cute! Yes, I know I say that WAY too often. ; )

The demon emerges

Daddy's Home!

That's right, Jason's back! Much to the joy and relief of all involved, he drove back on Monday and arrived promptly at 3:30pm at the house. I was still at work, of course, but inwardly did a little celebration dance of "Yay-someone-to-share-the-parenting-load-FINALLY!!" No, no, that's not ALL he's good for, but you know, if you have kids, it's HUGE.

Boba was obviously overjoyed as well, and ran from room to room screaming, "DADDY!! DADDY!!" And everytime he walked out of her visual range, she would start doing her heavy-breathing thing and ask in quiet trepidation, "Daddy??" I swear, the poor child has been somewhat traumatized this summer after Daddy being away, and then not away (for one day), and then away again, and then all of a sudden Mommy was away...I'm sure she just got more and more confused about the meaning of the term "object permanence." Poor thing.

However, Jason and I were so glad to have purchased his-and-her MacBooks before he left so we could take advantage of the iChat feature, where we could basically talk to each other via the built-in camera on the computers. (What did we do before the internet, I wonder? The telephone?? How antiquated.) So, for at least half of the summer (the Wi-Fi in Lake Tahoe sucked) we were able to "talk" to Daddy on a daily basis. So, thanks Apple, for keeping the family together!

Anyway, Boba and I are very happy, as is Daddy, to be a complete family again. Of course, now we get to start doing things we've been putting off "until Jason came home," which was always my little excuse for delaying things like potty training and transferring Boba to a big-girl bed. Now we actually have to do it! Woe is us. (or is that "woe are us"?)

For now though, I think I'll take this week to just bask in the glow of having my family together. Stay tuned!

An update on Mommy, and a cute word from Boba

I had my first mini-vacation for the summer last weekend...I flew up to Seattle to attend the wedding of one of my grad-school classmates. It was a wonderful wedding, and Seattle seems to be a pretty cool city (I say "seems," given I was only there for about 48 hours). The only problem was - well - I hate to get into the details but basically one of my Seattle meals didn't agree with me. In a really bad way. So unfortunately my memories of this weekend are kind of marred by my, um, digestion problem. If not for that, the vacation would have been great! Oh well.

Fortunately, this weekend I'm flying up by myself to visit my husband in Northern California, and though I'm not too thrilled about being separated from Boba, I'm looking forward to some quality time with the hubby. On August 21st we celebrated our 10-year anniversary of meeting each other, and on September 14 we'll celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary! So, it's a good time for Jason and I to have a romantic weekend together up north. Sorry, Boba, but Doe & Papa will take good care of you!

I don't have any good new photos of Boba to post, unfortunately, but I do have a cute Boba report. She has the most adorable word for "blanket." It's "bwankink." Is that the frickin' CUTEST, or what??!? Oh, and she calls butterflies "utterbwyes." Dance class is "dance cwass." She even has a Filipino accent sometimes; she pronounces the word heavy like "hay-bee." I swear, I'm going to be so depressed when she starts speaking coherently. It can only go downhill from there.

Boba in Halifax

Yes, once again - it's been a while. What can I say??!? My darling child was away from me for another week in early August, during which I was a pretty busy worker bee here at my company...I volunteered to work late (as in, 'til after 10pm) two days that week, plus I had various other commitments that I needed to take care of. Besides that, you ask, was it a restful time??

Well, considering I received a very strained phonecall from my father on Wednesday morning (they had been gone since Sunday) saying that they were coming home a day early (Friday instead of Saturday) because they hadn't slept in 3 days (welcome to MY world!) and because Boba was suffering from a cold - news that should not have sent me in a paralyzed state of fear, but DID, nonetheless - the week was not as stress-free as I would have liked. I realized, very quickly, that breaks where I stayed home and Boba went away weren't conducive to a restful time, mainly because I start doing things like obsessive cleaning and incessant worrying. I guess I could say that the time I spent was productive, in a sense, because I could be 100% present for my job, and then at home I actually had time to complete tasks I hadn't done in a while. But I felt TOTALLY incomplete. Because my child was not around. And I could not be a mother to her.

It turns out, of course, that Boba was just fine, and the cold went away after about 3 days. By the time she came home on Friday - squealing "Mommy!" in glee as I rushed towards her in the airport - she was feeling peachy. And the not-sleeping thing?? Well, totally normal for a tot whose routine has been blown to bits and whose internal clock is going, "WTF - you guys are four hours ahead??" Having gone on "vacation" with her before (I'm convinced that travelling with kids is NEVER a vacation), I know just how hard that transition is, and since she was also probably wondering where the heck her Mommy was all the time, I can completely understand how things were hard for Lolo & Lola.

(I repeatedly told Lolo & Lola how hard it would be to travel with Boba without me, and encouraged them to reconsider taking her with them, but NOOOO...they said they could handle it. So there it is, for all of you who were thinking that I handed her off to them without a second thought!)

In spite of the difficulty, I think they still managed to have a good time, and the photos below only capture a few happy moments...but I'm told there were many, many more.

Mommy Gets a Break (or Two)

Good lord, is it August already?

July just sped by, mainly because of the work factor (mentioned in earlier posts). Things actually slowed down significantly for two reasons:
  1. Most of my projects wrapped up in the second-to-last week in July, and,

  2. Jason took Boba up with him to Tahoe for a week.

I KNOW!! YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT!! That I, your only-occasionally-present Flambo, had a whopping 3 days to myself last week! Granted, they were 3 mid-week days, so I had to spend the majority of them at work, but I also got to do things like watch Harry Potter 5! And finish reading Harry Potter 7! Which really were the only things I wanted to get done, aside from cleaning the house and stuff...but I know you don't want to hear about that, and god forbid you should hear about a mom who chooses to CLEAN when she gets a break! Yes, I know I'm a complete weirdo like that!

So I had a very restful 3 days - the sleep quotient was FAN-FRICKIN'-TASTIC - but of course it was all tinged with a certain sadness because I did not have my little Boba with me to make life that much more exciting. To be frank, I was very reluctant to have Jason cart her away for the week, because I am her MOM, and all you Moms should know what I'm talking about. Yes, she was in more-than-capable hands; she was in the best care, to say nothing of making her father incredibly happy since he's missed her terribly for the past, oh, 6 weeks. But you know...I worried here and there because there is this weird little voice in my head that keeps insisting that I am the only one in the world who can make this little one happy. Where does this voice come from, you ask? Well, I'm not sure, but I think it's something to do with having had her in my womb for 10 months, and then, you know, there was that little act of birthing her as well.

But I know Jason was up to the task of single-parenting, so for the most part I relaxed and kicked back and basically enjoyed my quiet time. Up in Tahoe, however, Boba and her Daddy were having a rockin' good time, going to the beach, playing with other little friends, going to Gymboree, etc. Here is a lovely photo to prove that the Daddy-Daughter bond is as strong as ever:

Naturally Jason was unable to take many shots of the two of them, but you can see from the following portraits of our beautiful baby girl that he is absolutely in love with his subject.

I joined them late on Friday night, and Boba was so thrilled to see me that she stayed up for about an hour after that...which was a sign of things to come for our sleep situation the following two nights. Yep, my 3 nights of heavenly sleep were followed by some pretty painfully exhausting nights. Oh well. It's all about balance.

And guess what?? Next week I get ANOTHER break, since Lolo & Lola are taking Boba on a vacation with them. Crazy! What will I do with all this free time now??!? Oh, I know...the house will be positively SPARKLING!! ; )

More of Boba's 2nd Bday

Here are some crazy cute pics from the days of Boba's birthday...I say "days" because we actually celebrated over the course of 3 days. Good times!

Two Year Old Boba!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOBA!!!
Boba turned two a week ago. Because of the craziness last week (read the post below), we were unable to throw a big party like the one she had last year. Instead, however, she had not one, not two, but THREE mini-parties with friends and family! And of course, because I am lame, I didn't have my camera for any of them, but I know some pictures were taken by others, so I am HOPING one or two of them will send them to me. In those pictures' stead, I present a montage of "Boba in a Skirt". I also like to call these shots, "How Boba is Growing Up Faster Than Her Mommy Can Say 'Pre-Teen'". It's kind of amazing, really!

She's got her Daddy's legs! And his love for reading.

Can I just say that she has amazing hair? I had nothing to do with it, other than having the dominant "black hair" gene. Other than that, she's got her Daddy's mane, through and through.

Is it just me, or can you see glimpses of what she'll look like as a teenager? I think it's sort of uncanny, actually. Uncanny and freakin' SCARY.

Speaking of her Daddy, I never actually posted this photo on the journal portion on the blog, although it's up there on the sidebar. It's one of my favorite photos of the two of them, and absolutely super-cute how it came to be: She just walked up to Daddy, who was sitting on the floor, came behind him, and wrapped her arms around his neck. Luckily I had the camera. "Click!" The cuteness is captured digitally forever.

So, now that we are officially in the "terrible twos", let me share some fun, not-so-terrible stuff about Toddler Boba!

  • One of her favorite saying is "I DO IT!!" She usually does this when I'm trying to feed her with a spoon and she insists on feeding herself. I'm actually quite impressed that she gets more than 80% of the food actually in her mouth. The other situation where she says this is when I'm applying makeup and she seems to think that she can do a better job. Hell, with my lousy makeup technique, she probably can.
  • She loves to sing. In fact, while my boss (see below) was in the car with us, she just broke into song for a few minutes. I whispered to Jack: "She's auditioning for you." Jack: "I know. She's quite good. (to Boba) You're hired!" Me (laughing): "Boba, you're probably the only person in the world who doesn't get nervous singing in front of Jack O'Brien." Jack: "Yes, and that's EXACTLY why I'm hiring her!" Watch out folks...one of these days you may see How The Grinch Stole Christmas starring Boba as Cindy Lou Who!
  • There is an AWESOME Mexican restaurant by my house, and I order from there frequently. Recently my in-laws were in town, and happened to order their chicken soup. They left some for us, and wouldn'tcha know it, Boba LOVED the stuff. She walked around for days asking, "Soup? Soup?" Well, I have to say, I've never been a fan of chicken soup, but man, this stuff was GOOD. What made it especially sublime was the addition of a lime, onions, and cilantro...which were not added into Boba's bowl, of course, but boy, I really enjoyed it. Anyway, nothing like Mommy and Baby slurping away happily side-by-side...Mexican chicken soup rocks!

Well, that was random! Anyway, that's all I could come up with for now, but I hope that was enjoyable. Daddy took the camera, so perhaps a photo post won't come for a little while, but I'll swing by and update sometime this week, hopefully. Cheers!
